David P. Gray

David holds the position of Partner and Chief Compliance Officer. In 2016 John and David formed Parisi Gray Private Wealth Management, LLC – a Registered Investment Advisory firm. David began his career in 2008 with The Parisi Group at Merrill Lynch in New York, NY. He has been an Investment Associate and Financial Advisor working with John since 2008. From 2012 – 2016 Barron’s named The Parisi Group to the Top 1200 Financial Advisors in America, and the Top 30 in New Jersey. David is a Certified Financial Planner™, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. He focuses on retirement and financial planning with clients, as well as portfolio construction and reviews.

David is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA where he received his B.A. in Marketing and Finance, while earning All-Big Ten Honors for the varsity soccer team.

David has previous experience working at Schuylkill Capital Management in Wealth Advisory, as well as Mercator Advisors, a specialty Public Financing advisory firm, both located in Philadelphia, PA. He is an active runner, successfully completing an Ironman and ten marathons, as well as an avid fly-fisher, particularly on his native Central Pennsylvania streams. He enjoys playing the piano and harmonica, reading, and traveling. David resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife, Cathy, three children: Charlotte, Patrick, and Declan; and Cavalier King Charles, Scout.
