David P. Gray

David is a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Parisi Gray Private Wealth Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm he co-founded with John in 2016. His career began in 2008 with The Parisi Group at Merrill Lynch in New York, NY, where he worked as an Investment Associate and Financial Advisor. From 2012 to 2016, Barron’s recognized The Parisi Group among the Top 1200 Financial Advisors in America and the Top 30 in New Jersey.

David holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He specializes in retirement and financial planning.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA, David earned a B.A. in Marketing and Finance and received All-Big Ten Honors as a member of the varsity soccer team.

His prior experience includes roles at Schuylkill Capital Management in Wealth Advisory and Mercator Advisors, a public financing advisory firm in Philadelphia, PA. David currently serves as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Volunteers of Morris County where he volunteers as a tutor, helping adults learn to read, write and converse in English.

Outside of work, David stays active with fitness, having completed an Ironman and ten marathons. He enjoys fly-fishing on his native Central Pennsylvania streams and finds joy in reading and traveling, especially on the rare occasions that he gets away with Cathy. David cherishes playing sports and games with his kids and reading Harry Potter with his daughter. He lives in Morristown, NJ, with Cathy, their three children—Charlotte, Patrick, and Declan—and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Scout – a frequent fixture in the offices of Parisi Gray.
