Ford Palmer

Ford is a graduate of Monmouth University in 2013. He majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduating, Ford pursued a professional running career by joining the NJ/NY Track Club operated by legendary track coach Frank Gagliano. In 2014, Ford placed 5th in the US Championships in the 1500m, which resulted in landing a shoe sponsorship with Hoka One. He went on to compete in the 2016 US Olympic Trials, and has traveled around the world racing, breaking the four-minute mile barrier multiple times, ending his career with a personal best of 3:54. He has since hung up the spikes to join Parisi Gray Wealth Management in 2019. He currently resides in Millburn, NJ with his wife Stephanie and pup Rocky.
